Very good condition overall.
Finish in very good condition with minor blemishes consistent with age.
Original tuners. Original Rosewood Plate.
Spruce top, Brazilian Rosewood back and sides.
Rosewood fingerboard with minor wear in the lower frets. No fret wear evident. Possibly refretted.
Very good neck angle producing 2.5 mm action at the 12th fret, bass side, fret to string and 2mm action treble side.
3mm saddle height
Slight bridge plate hump measure 1 mm at the side of guitar
Small interior brace crack, bass side X brace, at the X joint.
Slight back crack, base side extending towards the end block starting at the curve of the waist.
Slight binding looseness at the waist on 3 sides.
Overall, a nice guitar requiring very little repair work to sort it out.
