The set of Neoclassical style with fruited finials above repousse acanthus circlets and bands of berried vines above a rounded mirrored silver body continuing to a banded socle and stepped hammered base, The curved spouts and handles with acanthus scrolls.

The set includes a hot water pot 13in (33cm) h 1243.6 grams
Two tea pots 11 3/4in (30cm) h 1069.5 grams and 1070.2 grams.
A creamer 8in. (20cm) 349.7 grams
Two covered biscuit bows 10 1/4in (26cm) 845.1 grams and 845.1 grams

Condition: Monogramed. Some tarnish. Hot water pot base slightly bent

Robert and William Wilson established their workshop in Philadelphia in 1825. Known for high-quality craftsmanship working in the Federal style their Coin silver works are documented in the American Silversmiths' Marks database at the Winterthur Museum, and in the collections of:
