Arts & Crafts Pottery Tiles, California Faience
Two Arts & Crafts pottery tea tiles, including: California Faience (Berkeley, CA) tile depicting a desert scene with yucca and cactus. Incised mark to underside 'California Faience.' Together with an unmarked tea tile decorated with leaves, on a yellow ground. Circa 1920.
5 1/4in. dia. (13 1/3cm.)
Condition: Some faint crazing. One small chip to glaze at edge, approx. 1/8in.
