Chinese Blue and White Porcelain Dragon Dish
Late Qing Dynasty, Probably Xuanton Period (1909 -1911)
The rounded body rising to a gently everted rim, the interior painted with a five -clawed dragon writhing amidst stylized flames in pursuit of a flaming pearl, the exterior decorated with two further dragons continuing the design around the body. The recessed base bearing a six character Da Qing Xuanto Nie Zhi mark in underglaze blue.

Dimension: Diameter: 7 in. (18 cm) Height: 1.5 in. (4.5 cm).

Condition: Overall in good condition, no visible chip, cracks or evidence of restoration observed under normal inspection. Minor expected glaze wear, light surface scratches, and scattered firing imperfections consistent with age and manufacturing. The foot rim with tropical kiln grit and minor wear.
