A carved 'outside jumper' originally carved for the Dandelion Park Muskego Wisconsin.
In 1960 the carousel was fold to Story Book Gardens in The Dells, Wisconsin.

Carousel pole 56in (142cm) h.

Condition: Very good, restored. Traces of original paint.
Accompanied by a binder referencing Herschell and photos of the restoration.
