This handmade Spanish guitar features a Canadian red cedar top on a rosewood back and sides. The neck is made of Spanish cedar with an ebony fingerboard.

The Jose Ramirez R2 Classical Guitar made in Madrid in 1994 is a quality studio model produced by the renowned Ramirez family workshop, which at the time was transitioning leadership to the fourth generation, Jose Ramirez IV and his sister Amalia. The R2 model is part of the affordable R line, known for being entirely handmade in Spain, offering an excellent balance of tone and value for serious students and players.
