Centering an oval turquoise cabochon measuring approximately 22.0 x 15.5 mm, accented by a spray of forty-seven round brilliant-cut and single-cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 3.00 cttw., set in a 14k yellow and white gold pin mounting measuring approximately 2.20 x 1.85 inches.
