Provenance: daughter of the artist. A certificate of authenticity from the artist's daughter accompanies this lot.Frank Follmer was active as an illustrator with Disney from 1937 - 1942. He assisted on projects like Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Pinocchio, and Fantasia.
