Large Folio folder with stiff card covers, printed stiff paper wrapper and outer thick transparent paper cover. 6 leaves of text on thick and stiff matt paper (containing Marten's essay 'Calligraphy of the Marinade' and an interview of Marten by Beatrix Ruf), one small colour photo tipped-on to a leaf of text and 15 full page colour photos all on thick glossy art paper (total of 16 photos on the subject of sausage production and all called for). An artist's book given away with the Ringier publishing company's annual report, no print number or limitation is stated but probably around 300 were made
