The larger with color and numerical coding, the reference charts detailed on upper and lower palates. The mold with paper label reading "72. Murphy, Eddie M. '56". Impressed mark "Dr. Linux, 5961 [& 5962], Colombia Dentoform Corp, New York."
The smaller marked "Ivorine Dentoform, Colombia Dental & X-Ray Corp., New York."
