Featuring a U.S. 1900 Liberty Head $20 gold coin, S mint mark, framed by forty-four single-cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 0.62 cttw., set in a 14k white and yellow gold pendant mounting measuring approximately 1.80 inches, suspended by a 14k yellow gold Spiga link chain forming a 31 inch necklace.
