Vintage "Burgie!" Burgmeister Beer Lighted Advertising Sign
Impressive vintage electrically lit hanging advertising sign with three dimensional "Burgie!" lettering on a blue and and yellow background, in rectangular gold colored metal frame. Labeled "Price Brothers Chicago" to back. Circa 1960s. Measures 10" high x 20" wide x 2 3/4" deep. In Very Good overall condition with general scratches, cuff and wear. Functioned well when tested.Burgmeister was a well known, locally brewed Bay Area beer, based in San Francisco.Production ceased in 1972.
