Three Chinese Blue and White Porcelain Snuff Bottles
Apocryphal marks, late 19th to 20th Century.
Comprising three porcelain snuff bottles of varying forms: one of Meiping form painted in underglaze blue and copper-red with figures beside garden rock work and styled clad scrolls, bearing a six character apocryphal Yongzhen mark, with a fitted hardwood base; one flattened ovoid bottle decorated in underglaze blue with a five-clawed dragon pursuing a flaming pearl, the base bears a six character apocryphal Yongzhen mark; and a cylindrical bottle painted with a military figure and attendant in a mountainous landscape with a tiger picked out in iron-red, beneath a diaper- patterned shoulder band. All stoppers lacking.

Height of the tallest: 3 3/4 inches.

Condition: Overall surface wear, minor scratches and scattered firing imperfections. Small rim and foot abrasions, with minute nicks, Some rubbing and variation to the enamel decoration Stoppers and spoons are absent. The hardwood stand chipped. No major cracks ore storiation observed.
